Most invoicing tools ask you to sign up, connect a bank or start a trial before you can send a single invoice. For a freelancer billing a few clients a month, that’s a lot of friction for something that should take a minute.
BillFlow does one job well: it helps you make a professional invoice with the right tax, payment details and wording for where you work, then gets out of the way.
Everything happens in your browser. The invoice, its totals and the PDF are all created on your own device, and your business details are remembered there for next time. Nothing you type into an invoice is uploaded to us.
