BillFlow is designed so that your invoices never leave your device. This page explains exactly what is stored, where, and why.

Your invoices stay in your browser

Invoices, totals and PDFs are created entirely in your browser. Your draft invoice, business details, payment details and logo are saved in your browser’s local storage on this device so the next invoice is quicker. They are not sent to our servers.

You can remove them at any time by clearing this site’s data in your browser settings.

Anonymous usage counts

To understand whether BillFlow is useful, we count a few anonymous events: a page being viewed, a PDF being downloaded, and a click on the BillFlow Pro early-access button. Each count records only the event, the page and an approximate country.

• No names, emails or invoice contents are included
• The country comes from our hosting provider’s location lookup or your browser’s timezone and language
• We don’t use advertising or third-party analytics trackers, and we don’t sell data

Early access signups

If you join the BillFlow Pro early access list, we store the email address you enter, the monthly price you chose, the page you joined from and an approximate country. We use it only to tell you about BillFlow Pro, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.

Services we rely on

• When you type an Indian IFSC code, it is sent to Razorpay’s public IFSC lookup to fill in the bank name and branch
• The site is hosted on Render and served through Cloudflare, which process standard request data such as IP addresses to deliver and protect the site
• If you’re signed in to Hash Playground, your existing session cookie is sent with usage counts only so that site administrators’ own visits can be left out
